What to Expect:

Our goal is to resolve your complaint immediately. If this is not possible, you'll receive a written response within 5 business days outlining:

  • Why the issue wasn't resolved immediately.

  • Who is handling your complaint.

  • When you can expect a further update.

While most complaints are resolved quickly, complex issues may take longer. We will keep you informed throughout the process. If you require an update at any time, simply call the number above and request to speak with the person handling your case.

Reaching an Agreement:

If we cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution within 8 weeks for credit brokerage service-related complaints, we will take one of the following steps:

  • Send a letter explaining the reason for the delay and an estimated timeframe for a final decision.

  • Issue a final decision letter outlining our final position on the matter.

Resolving Your Concerns:

At Think Free Solar Ltd, we strive to address your concerns directly. However, if you're not satisfied with the outcome after going through our internal complaint process, additional options are available.

Escalating to a Neutral Party:

In the event we reach an impasse, you have the right to escalate your complaint to a neutral third-party service known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). ADR provides a platform for an impartial mediator to assist us in finding a mutually agreeable solution.

ADR for Domestic Services:

Our domestic installation, service, repair, and maintenance contracts ADR is through RECC, you can access their dedicated ADR service. You can reach the RECC Dispute Resolution Team at 0207 981 0850.
